Tourist tax excluded
The tax applicable is € 1,00 euro per person per day for the first 5 days
only. Exemption is applied to children under 14 years of age.
This amount is not included in the price of your stay and must be payed
separately.

REDUCTIONS

A 10% reduction for the third and fourth week of your stay

Child up to 7 years: free stay for 1 child.

EXTRA CHARGES

• € 5 for extra single linen and extra towel change
• € 7 for extra double linen change
• € 25 extra bed a day
• € 35 per pet per week
• € 4 for washing machine and dryer coin

CONTRACT
To confirm the reservation is needed a deposit (30% of total amount), that has to be payed by 3 days from the booking.
In case of cancellation before 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be entirely returned; in case of cancellation beyond the above term, the deposit will be kept and made available to you to fix a new stay throughout the present season. In case of no show, the deposit will be kept as a compensation.
The balance of your stay is on arrival.
A € 150,00 cash deposal  will be  requested at your arrival; it will be returned before your departure, unless possible damages.
Saturday to Saturday Check in between 3 and 8 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out by 10 a.m.
Small sized pets are accepted. The management can decide , in case of annoyance or damage to people or things, to request to move up, without stay refund.  Pets presence must be declared at booking time.
